NetSuite & Business Systems Administrator - New York, NY My client is looking for a dynamic, energetic and driven professional to join their fast-paced and rapidly expanding finance organization.
In this position, you will play a critical role in implementing enhancements to and maintaining their financial systems to help them scale.
In addition, you will work closely with the finance team and key stakeholders across the company including product, engineering, new development, expansion, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead major cross-functional efforts such as product launches and strategic planning, that pull together different business departments including strategic growth, agent operations, finance, marketing, and product - Establish security requirements and user profiles for all financial systems - Maintain user access, roles and permissions across all systems - Identify, support and maintain NetSuite user controls - Ensure SOX compliance for internal business systems - Drive the full life-cycle for financial systems including gathering business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment Requirements:
- 3
years' experience designing and implementing solutions in Finance or ERP Applications - 3
Years NetSuite Experience - Callidus Implementation or Administration experience - Informatica Experience is a plus - Strong technical background and hands-on experience customizing and integrating business systems - Knowledge of GAAP accounting and SOX compliance - Following systems experience perferred:
