POSITION PURPOSE The SOW Program Specialist is responsible for the management of labor associated to Statement of Work technology consulting and support.
As a key point of contact with the client and strategic client vendor relationships, the SOW Program Specialist relationship will drive process and governance around the management of resource engagement, SOW management.
The SOW Program Specialist partners with suppliers, managing contracts and serves as a liaison between the client manager and the vendors supporting technology.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES Prior experience sourcing or supporting IT Statement of Work for a large organization is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, email and Internet applications with the ability to learn others quickly WORK CONDITIONS This job operates in a professional office environment located onsite at the client location midtown Manhattan.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Job Description Position Accountabilities ACCOUNTABILITY 1:
CLIENT STAFFING AND SERVICE Responsible for supporting client service expectations as well as the successful achievement of resource goal attainment according to the provisions of the client agreement.
Operate as the primary point of client contact for all day-to-day service needs Conduct on-going training of hiring managers on program, policies, requisition entry, candidate review and contractor time approval in the VMS Meet with hiring managers on a regular basis to monitor needs and find opportunities for service expansion Provide on-going education to client users on cost savings, ER/HR, co-employment, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of all day to day operational functions that are required to service the clients from the onsite Develop trusted relationships with the management and key contacts to ensure all current needs, expectations and performance objectives are being met or exceeded in a timely, proactive manner Ensure suppliers appropriately manage employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities Ensure assignment changes are approved and implemented on a timely basis Ensure time and expenses are submitted and approved on a timely basis.
Follow up with suppliers and hiring managers as needed to resolve exceptions ACCOUNTABILITY 2:
PROGRAM SUPPORT / SUPPLIER PARTNERSHIP Successfully ensure optimal program support from within the client's resource capabilities.
Provide visibility to program opportunities and challenges and partner with Program Manager and management to provide outstanding program support.
Serve as a liaison between the supplier community, the client's Supplier partnership office and the client to ensure appropriate adoption, results and quality are enforced.
Serve as a liaison between the client stakeholders, client's senior management team, Billing, Technology, Human Resources and Sales Track service levels and recommend process improvement when necessary Support the change management efforts related to the MSP program and new implementations Identify opportunities to demonstrate additional client's Workforce Solutions services, to client sponsors/executive to client's VP and Sales and Marketing team as applicable Support collaborative on-site teams and develop favorable relationships with the Supplier Community Develop strong relationship management to consistently secure favorable responses regarding client's support and partnership in supplier surveys Develop performance metrics to manage and evaluate supplier partners driven by the contract expectations and SLA'S ACCOUNTABILITY 3:
TECHNOLOGY AND REPORTING Demonstrate high level competency with client's and client tools and technology applications.
Serve as the SME for training purposes and process improvements.
Utilize applications and tools to provide accurate, timely and thorough reports as indicated to ensure open disclosure of program performance.
Ensure the on-site and Operations center (where applicable) maximizes use of Beeline to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results Become an expert on Beeline and provide SME support to users Become proficient with VMS reporting capabilities and develop ad-hoc reports as requested by client Identify key data analytic needs to either support better program efficiency and improved client visibility in to spend, headcount, SOW status and burn.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
