IT Sourcing/Procurement Specialist

Primary responsibility is to support the strategic Firmwide Windows 10 initiative as described above.
Individual will be managing a variety of global services RFP's related to the Win 10 project as well as conducting and managing the procurement and sourcing activity to source the desktop and peripheral equipment associated.
Primary experience is required for the sourcing and negotiation of desktops, monitors, peripherals, software, as well as the service agreements and SLAs for this hardware and deployment.
This individual should have strong experience in Excel and sorting through data to prepare pivot reports, as well as preparing presentations in Powerpoint.
Having experience negotiating all software license agreements is a plus.
This project is planned to continue for a duration through end of calendar year 2019.
Responsibilities include:
Project analysis and planning Sourcing projects:
o Application analysis and remediation (3-6 Months).
Agree and document scope with BU including any new requirements Creation of RFP documents including core scope of work Negotiation of Vendor ITP agreements Plan and execute RFP process Contract draft Contract negotiations with Awarded vendor Ongoing sourcing support required after contract execution (change orders, vendor escalations, vendor contract reviews) o Desktop OS Migration Services (6-12 Months) Agree and document scope with BU including any new requirements Creation of RFP documents including core scope of work Negotiation of Vendor ITP agreements Plan and execute RFP process(s) Different RFPs may be required to support ISG vs.
WM and any regional / branch office variations Contract drafting Awarded vendor contract negotiations Vendor enablement Ongoing sourcing support required after contract execution (change orders, vendor escalations, vendor contract reviews) o Desktop Hardware Sourcing (3-9 months) Work with EUC to plan scope incorporating any hardware transitions/adoption of new technologies Creation of hardware requirements documentation Hardware type/geography/timescales/BU specific requirements/ variations Negotiation of Vendor ITP agreements Plan and execute hardware eAuction(s) Expect multiple auctions required due to technology choice & evolution/BU/regional variations & timing issues due to length of project (technology change) Contract award Vendor enablement including global hardware catalogues Management of supply chain to ensure no material shortages throughout project Ongoing sourcing support required after contract execution (vendor escalations, vendor contract reviews, any vendor changes due to technology/supply chain issues) Negotiating contracts and commercial pricing on global server hardware with various vendors Ability to sort through data from purchasing system (aka Ariba) and various inventory systems and produce usable / summary reports Development of desktop standards in working closely with the internal Win 10 Engineering teams Discussing and challenging engineering teams on new technologies and solutions for reducing cost whilst maintaining stability and performance Knowledge of competitive opportunities within the IT Desktop and Services marketplace and keeping IT/Engineers up to date in those areas Tracking and benchmarking costs over time on a range of desktop platforms Project tracking for the Win 10 project and aligning the software, and software asset management team members Participate in weekly Win 10 team meetings Implementing and maintaining effective communications with team members Working with Operational Procurement to procure equipment via Ariba and POs Work with Finance, Business Management and other stakeholders to support Desktop funding requests Prepare supporting documentation for deals and contracts Prepare deal summaries which can be shared with senior executives regarding deal progress and final outcome Maintaining desktop catalog and pricing The Candidate The successful candidate will work within the global IT Sourcing organization reporting to the Category Lead for Hardware and Mainframe Software and should have demonstrated knowledge/experience of the following:
Sourcing o Negotiation skills and building and executing strategic plans in the Hardware category o Creation and evaluation of RFIs, RFPs and eAuctions o Contract analysis and drafting o Specific experience within Sourcing and/or IT within the Hardware domain o Experience with Ariba a plus Technology o Desktop Hardware o Application Remediation o Implementation services for Desktop o Win Platforms General o High energy and enthusiasm o Confidence and Drive to influence IT and other divisions on recommended decisions o Excellent analytical and communication skills o Strong entrepreneurial, interpersonal and team skills o Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products to facilitate preparation and delivery of management presentations (PowerPoint) and perform data analysis (Excel) Education/Experience o College degree (Bachelor's) o Hardware Sourcing Experience o 5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
