years of relevant consulting and Financial Services Industry 2
years of experience leading and managing project teams 5
ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member, team lead, or project manager Experience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 3 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later) Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training Experience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teams Proficiency in multiple business processes including but not limited:
Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Order-to-Cash (OTC) General Ledger (GL) Fixed Asset Management (FA) Budgeting Cash Management Grant Management Expense Management Willingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80 %Monday -- Thursday/Friday) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience Preferred:
