Senior Desktop Support Technician
Senior Desktop Support Technician Direct Hire/Permanent New York, NY (Midtown) The purpose of the Senior Desktop Support Technician is to provide hands on technical support across a wide range of systems.
You will be responsible for level 1-3 technical support for systems across the US and will work with multiple teams including:
SCCM, network and server teams.

4-6 years of desktop support experience Windows 7 and 10 experience Active Directory SCCM experience Experience supporting Office 2007 -2013 applications Experiewnce with Office 365 is a plus Independent workers with life-long learning goals are what we need -- personality and a hunger for knowledge are most important in this role!
