Senior Desktop Support Technician Direct Hire/Permanent New York, NY (Midtown) The purpose of the Senior Desktop Support Technician is to provide hands on technical support across a wide range of systems.
You will be responsible for level 1-3 technical support for systems across the US and will work with multiple teams including:
SCCM, network and server teams.
What we are looking for:
4-6 years of desktop support experience Windows 7 and 10 experience Active Directory SCCM experience Experience supporting Office 2007 -2013 applications Experiewnce with Office 365 is a plus Independent workers with life-long learning goals are what we need -- personality and a hunger for knowledge are most important in this role! The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
