The Role
We are seeking an ambitious, self-starting PMHNP to join our team in Oregon. Unlike traditional outpatient clinics with 20% cancellation rates, our providers enjoy a 2% cancellation rate. You will be supported by a dedicated facilitator who manages the logistics, allowing you to move seamlessly from one patient to the next.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to geriatric populations in long-term care settings.
- Conduct initial visits (in-person or telehealth per current Oregon regulations).
- Maintain a high-volume, high-impact schedule (targeting 16-20 patients per day).
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including LCSWs LCP's and our Medical Director.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Active Oregon NP license (Must be an Oregon resident for Certificate of Authorization/Medicaid billing).
- Experience or a strong interest in Geriatric Mental Health.
- An "ambitious" mindset--you prefer a fast-paced day over sitting in a quiet office.
