Supervisory Enforcement Analyst

As a Supervisory Enforcement Analyst, you will:
-Carry out personnel and project management responsibilities for a staff of financial and enforcement analysts.- Provide performance oversight, compliance assurance and technical assistance to contractors and other Enforcement Center staff working on Housing projects under the jurisdiction of the Enforcement Center.- Review the initial contractor reports for completeness and consistency.- Provide quality control for on-site reviews, audits and surveys of operations to determine compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.- Monitor contractor performance of physical inspections, occupancy, management, maintenance operations and other identified areas. Experience:
For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Experience providing recommendations or enforcement strategies to program areas; AND - Experience leading analysts and contractors who evaluate troubled properties for HUD programs; AND- Experience conducting research, analysis and interpretation of financial statements; AND - Experience researching, analyzing, and tracking information from databases to develop statistical reports/data for policy makers or senior leadership Time-in-Grade:
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.Time After Competitive Appointment:
Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
