Duties include but are not limited to; Painting of all interior, and exterior areas of buildings. Apply coating materials by any of the and acceptable methods such as brush, roller and spray gun. Works indoors and outdoors in all types of climatic conditions. Works above floor and ground level. Works in forced ventilated areas. Occasionally works in poorly ventilated or illuminated areas and around unpleasant odors. Subject to falls from ladders, staging and scaffolds. Subject to eye irritation from paint, scale and trash. Working from manufacturers' specifications, and technical orders, the employee determines the work process. Perform functions independently unless unusual circumstances arise. Work is reviewed for compliance with procedures, quantity and quality of completed work. Provides the customer with consistent information according to established policies and procedures. Handles conflict and problems in dealing with the customer constructively and appropriately. Ability to communicate in spoken and written English with patients and other healthcare personnel with sufficient fluency to satisfactorily carry out assigned responsibilities. Meets the needs of customers while supporting the Medical Center and Service missions. Consistently communicates and treats customers (patients, visitors, volunteers, and all Medical Center staff) in a courteous, tactful, and respectful manner. Follows applicable regulations and instructions regarding access to computerized files, release of access codes, etc., as set out in the computer access agreement that the employee signs. Mixing and blending all coating materials, hanging wallpaper and decorative murals, marbling and graining, installing muslin, shading with stains, shellac and other products to finish surface. Repair and refinishing of wood surfaces by filling in and shaping by the use of resins, plaster and patching compounds. Occasionally required to handle equipment and furniture up to 40 pounds. Prepares and coats surfaces from ladders, scaffolds and platforms, and where the surfaces to be painted are in cramped and hard-to reach places. This requires much standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in tiring and sometimes uncomfortable positions, however, usual physical exertion is in the area of ten pounds. Employee receives technical and administrative supervision from the General Foreman, who discusses work assignments and suggests priorities. Prepares and coats surfaces from ladders, scaffolds and platforms, and where the surfaces to be painted are in cramped and hard-to-reach places. This requires much standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in tiring and sometimes uncomfortable positions. May occasionally be required to handle equipment and furniture up to 40 pounds however, usual physical exertion is in the area of ten pounds. Illness from inhalation of fumes and skin irritation from various types of paint material. Employee may be subjected 10 discomfort of wearing respirator, goggles, protective clothing and other safety equipment. Experience:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
