JOB SUMMARYThe Financial Analyst will be initially responsible for drive business process improvement; and assisting in the financial planning, forecasting, analysis and interpretation of financial results for the company.
As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team he/she will assist in various FP&A functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business process improvement working to implement better forecasting/budgeting tools and database Maintain the data integrity of the CPM tool Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting to the management and the parent company Assist annual planning and budget process especially with forecasting/budgeting tool Monitor and report actual vs.
planned performance providing value added analytics Manage projects with cross functional teams, brief results to management, and implement findings Perform Ad Hoc reporting and analytical review as directed.
Assist to further develop the framework for evaluating and measuring operational and strategic performance Perform other such duties as may be required.

Education and/or
Experience:
4-year college degree required in accounting or finance.
Ideal candidates will have a total of 5 8 years of experience, in a corporate/global finance group, with ERP or CPM system implementation experience.
Minimum 3 5 years of extensive experience in Hyperion system or any CPM tool is a must.
Solid understanding of the budget and forecast; and strong financial background with full understanding and experience with financial models and analysis.
Computer Skills:
A CPM tool and ERP system experience required (SAP and Hyperion preferred).
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Financial and Controlling modules.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
Accounting Skills:
Solid understanding of the cash flows and its operation both the direct and indirect method is a plus.
Language Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management.
Other Skills:
Self-driven, flexibility to adjust in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
