ReadyRefresh offers a professional dispenser cleaning service for rented and customer-owned dispensers in homes and offices.
This service ensures great tasting bottled water by maintaining optimal hygiene of the dispenser.
Pro-Clean service adds value and improves the ReadyRefresh customer experience.
Pro-Clean Water Cooler Service Technicians provide professional dispenser cleaning services to all routed customers each day.
On average 10-15 Pro-Clean activities are executed on location in both commercial and residential accounts.
Desired candidates should have the ability to follow strict quality process requirements and demonstrate strong customer interaction skills.
Pro-Clean Technicians provide service in a safe and productive manner.
This includes offering additional products and services, meeting pre-established productivity targets and executing other duties as assigned (ex.
pick-up, exchange or removal of equipment).

Monday- Friday first shift, start time between 6-7 AMCompensation:
$18.
50 per hour (overtime after 40 hours) paid bi-weeklyExcellent

o Clean and service bottled water coolerso Troubleshoot or replace bottled water coolerso Provide excellent customer serviceo Learn and complete daily routeQualifications What does that mean to you and what will you need?o You will need strong customer service skillso You will be providing sanitization service for water dispensing coolerso You will introduce additional product and services to your clientso You must have the ability to learn our software, handheld systemso You must have the ability to learn our preventative maintenance procedureso You must be able to work both independently and as part of a teamOther important stuff to know:
o A clean driving record means - in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 7 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
