Supporting leadership teams within holding companies, their operating companies, and consultancies across the Sponsored Ads suite and their burgeoning ecommerce practices with an aim towards scaled competency, product adoption and driving revenue growth for endemic clients.
You will work across Big6 agencies, as well as consultancies, to help the up-level the search and ecommerce proficiency, develop new processes and tools, and help brands holistically with their strategy and the interconnectedness with their overall Amazon media investments.
Key responsibilities as an EPM are:
To lead transformational change across the Big 6 HoldCos and consultancies, using insights and scaled solutions to achieve long-term topline growth and drive product adoption, while accelerating SA revenue and ecommerce proficiency.
Serve as a strategic expert, helping to guide planning, deliver insights and define best practices.
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product and sales teams and ensure a consistent approach with our agencies and advertisers.
Facilitate API conversations and develop the use of our API across clients.
Uncover the business needs of our clients and their agencies and develop strong feedback mechanisms to inform and influence the product roadmap.
Strong communications skills, comfortable to presenting in both large conference forums and board room settings Lead strategy and enablement of ecommerce functions, build and manage a detailed engagement strategy Define joint business plans annually and assist in delivering impact for the Agencies you support directly Regularly audit metrics to continually drive quality of the EAP experience and deliver targets Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation within the EAP across US The right candidate will drive deeper cross-functional collaboration between Advertising Sales, Product and analytics teams and relevant retail teams.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
