Scope of This Role
The Project Management Lead creates the standards for team process and projects. This person will be responsible for establishing a project management strategy across the team and managing a growing team of project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of Project Managers, mentoring on best practices, stakeholder management and process development
  • Determine strategy and roll out a program for the team around use of project management software, request processes, file management and naming conventions, specific project workflows, strategy briefs, and documentation
  • Strategic oversight on processes, large initiatives and providing guidance on running large programs.
  • Develop processes, governance, and training programs around project management for the team including working with marketing strategy teams and centers of excellence on the creation and execution of marketing plans, campaigns and ad hoc projects
  • Direct project and program management across multiple work streams including all types of marketing, communications, digital and creative projects
  • Be the go to person for all Marketing and Communications colleagues on the best way to get work done and how to solve process issues/opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Ongoing refinement of processes to meet project/business needs and constantly looking for ways to improve while coaching teams to do the same

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess leadership and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with all phases of design disciplines, brand design, design execution, industrial design, design strategy, front-end innovation as well as development and commercialization
  • Must be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellence with stakeholder management & change management
  • Expertise in standard computer software and curious/fearless about learning new software. Mac experience.
  • Nice to have:
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
