Day-to-day project support with opportunities for high-profile pharmaceutical client in the oncology space, with opportunities to engage in work for multiple oncology productsWork with engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaborativeSupport business through potential opportunities in brand communications (i.
e.
, data, regulatory, access), patient and influencer engagement efforts (large-scale campaigns), advocacy relations and social media/digitalResponsibilities Maintain regular contact with clients; proactively offer and successfully implement new ideas and solutions to meet client needs and drive projects forwardDevelop external and internal communications, ranging from website content, social media content and presentations, sponsored content and media materials, to remarks for internal meetings and announcements for client internal audiencesRegularly engage and collaborate with client business and agency partners, advocates, creative teams, vendors, media and other third partiesManage timelines, calendars and overall account support materialsManage budgets and monthly billing processesDevelop action plans and help with team operationsJob Requirements Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or related fieldMinimum 3-4 years experience in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industriesAbility to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environmentMust have strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMaintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-partiesSelf-starter/self-motivatorHighly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is adaptable/flexibleAt Chandler Chicco Agency, we have always been about the people, the heart that drives us every day.
