Account overviewGlobal biopharmaceutical company developing therapies for rare diseases.
Business includes disease awareness campaign and data and regulatory milestones as well as several rare disease / scientific narrative and message writing, facilitating internal workshops, developing compelling resources to tell science stories (videos, infographics, fact sheets) and social media content Responsibilities A team member who will support overall team -- with strong client relations and familiarity with disease awareness initiatives and scientific communicationsProject management, including working with cross-functional teams (e.
g.
, digital, design) and tracking material edits, approvals and timelines will be essential across all work-streamsSupport identifying and liaising with partners and spokespeople, coordination of advisory committee events, creating/refining data communications materials (e.
g.
, QA/messages, social media content) and results trackingIdeal candidate will also help coordinate and track interviews and workshops, support the development of internal and external educational materials and execute and monitor roll-outFinancial management - track monthly spend and hours; coordinate with finance on time movesJob Requirements Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or related fieldMinimum 3-4 years experience in a professional environment within the public relations and/or communications industriesAbility to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environmentMust have strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMaintain effective working relationships with clients, internal staff and third-partiesSelf-starter/self-motivatorHighly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is adaptable/flexibleBiosector 2 is part of Syneos Health Communications, a purpose-built collective of agencies focused on supporting health and biopharmaceutical innovators.
