As an Environmental Services Utility, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.

Service Basics and exceed guest expectationsMaintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areasOperate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipmentContains and cleans biohazardous materialsPerform other job-related duties as requestedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions; this also includes being aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and addressing quickly and efficientlyAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsEffective listening abilitiesExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standardsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
