POSITION
Summary:
Responsible for store allocations; daily transportation operations from origin through United States Customs and our warehouse, ensuring efficient movement of both air and ocean freight through the international supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the replenishment of store inventory levels based upon shipment received and maintain a well-balanced inventory in direct proportion to sales.
Review allocation and replenishment of store inventory levels.
Support in maintaining a well-balanced inventory in direct proportion to sales/potential in each assigned classification to maximize volume (sales) while minimizing cost (transfers/markdowns).
Analyze, unit performance for area of responsibility; review all aspects of sales performance/trends (as it pertains to style, size, color, price and floor presentation, marketing, etc.
) by store, store type, market area, district, and region.
Initiate conversation with cross-functional team consisting of Merchandise Planner, Merchants and Production Associates to provide recommendations and course of action.
Resolve daily shipping issuesPartner with leadership and overseas vendors to resolve documentation issues related to the clearance of merchandise.
Monitor movement of merchandise from receipt at consolidator/forwarder through to customs release process at destination working with offices throughout the world.
Monitor movement of merchandise from customs release to warehouse delivery.
Ensure that warehouse processes purchase orders then adds to inventory in a timely manner.
Respond to all inquiries from merchants and supply chain partners that may arise involving shipping information.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field required or 1
years of related experience (including internships)High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applicationsRetail math knowledge preferredStrong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environmentSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reportingAmerican Eagle Outfitters is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
