About This RoleWe're looking for a temporary, part-time Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.
Reporting to the Creative Director, the ideal candidate is a dynamic mix of strategy and creativity, turning complex and nuanced ideas into clear, engaging content that converts.
This is a high-impact design role for a self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end creative execution for all marketing campaigns.
And an opportunity to directly influence and elevate our brand as part of a growing creative team.
Role ResponsibilitiesDesign a broad spectrum of marketing materials (digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, event collateral, etc.
) ensuring brand consistencyCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, People, and Operations teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutionsManage multiple design projects from concept through completion, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring final deliverables meet quality standardsWork closely with the Creative Director and VP of Marketing on refining, documenting, and managing brand guidelines, visual systems, template libraries, and a digital asset management platform (DAM)You'll thrive here if you haveA curious and fearless spirit that brings solutions, new ideas, and a bias for actionA creative and analytical sideClear and efficient communication skillsA strong ability to manage your time and work both independently and collaborativelyHumility, a can-do attitude, and a sense of humorWhat we're looking for8
years of dedicated professional experience in marketing design, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Experience spanning both agency and in-house roles is highly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma or other UI / UX design tools is a plusDemonstrated ability to go beyond following instructions; you must be able to contribute strategically to campaign planning and translate abstract ideas into clear, results-driven visualsDemonstrated expertise in presentation design (Google Slides, Powerpoint) with an ability to create visually compelling and editable templatesSolid understanding of marketing, UI / UX, and communication best practicesA proactive, self-starter attitude with a clear drive and potential to take on greater leadership and strategic responsibilitiesBonus skills :
Experience with video editing and motion graphics; familiarity with WCAG standards; copywriting skillsMust submit an online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work that demonstrates versatility, conceptual thinking, and expertise in designing for both digital and printThis is a non-exempt, part-time contract engagement anticipated through 6 / 30 / 26 for 25 hours / week.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-3PM PT.
Compensation range is 55-65 / hr.
Where is this position located?Presence is headquartered in New York City with our clients located throughout the U.
S.
We support remote work from other locations in the USThis person will be reporting to the Creative Director#J-18808-Ljbffr.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
