Full Stack React Engineer - Team Lead

As a core member working in a team environment, you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design. Develop Proof-of-Concept to validate new solutions and implementation feasibility.Serve as a Technical Leader / Mentor and provide technical guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications.Work with cross functional teams, including global application developers, end users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational state analysis and goals. Liaise with offshore team and client teams to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks.Utilize analytical, process, and/or technical skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope.Lead a work stream by acting as a hands-on team lead and manage non-complex components of the work plan/projectEmploy strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams.Perform code reviews of developed features.Ensure team deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction.Independently manage assigned tasksDemonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change.Detail design, development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology and tools. QUALIFICATIONSPassionate Technologist 10
years of full stack programming experience across various languages and frameworks At least 5 years of experience with React.js frontend development Proficiency with languages and tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and Node.js Strong proficiency in Java for backend development and Spring Boot Frameworks.Experience with various AWS services such as Lambdas, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point. Experienced in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks. Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture Experience with Responsive Web Design and Single Page Applications Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes. Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities. Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Experience working and leading a globally distributed off-shore team. Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development andmaintenance projects. Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
