Role Overview As Director of Business Operations, you will be part of the Customer Success team responsible for the implementation, on-going support, and growth of a diverse set of client trading systems. Working closely with our engineers and product managers, you will drive operational improvers that allow the Customer Success team to scale alongside our growing business. This involves process design and coordination with other teams across Itiviti regions and business lines. It requires an understanding of the customer success business model and of Itiviti's strategic goals.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
