GENERAL FUNCTION The Sr Manager of Training Deployment will be a key member of the Essilor-Luxottica Leonardo Team leading the deployment of all the learning and training plans and strategies across content topics and business units. Leonardo is our learning team and platform at EssilorLuxottica focusing on optics, brand storytelling and retail. Through easy-to-access courses taught by industry experts and available to employees, customers and partners, the platform aims to support the growth of our industry through the development of people. In the Sr Manager of Training Deployment role you will have the challenge and pleasure to be responsible for leading the facilitation team to deliver content across the EssilorLuxottica portfolio of businesses. You will be charged with supporting the identification of learning and training needs and ensuring that those needs are satisfied. Additionally, you will be a critical link between the Leonardo team and the business units. You should possess strong skills in all areas of L&D (consultation, design, facilitation, leadership) and have the skills to influence and project manage within the team and across functions. It will also be critical to have the ability to think strategically and effectively deliver training plans and content. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management of the facilitation team including building and owning their training calendar and focus areas Collaborate with Sr. Training Managers on the Deployment of the learning solutions Lead and Develop the Facilitation Team Own the development, communication, and analysis of Training KPI's (People Trained, Hours of Learnings, Topics, Quality of Content and Delivery) Consistently Innovate and Inspire - understand latest trends and innovations in terms of learning deployment solutions Budget Management - Properly allocate / monitor the budget needs of the deployment team. Collaborate with Leonardo Corporate Team on content localization needs and implementation of new training courses Ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers / stakeholders Execute learning plans for the year based on key priorities established by Milan partners and provides recommendations based on local needs Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executive business leaders Responsible for keeping learning plans alive and frequently updated Partner closely with the businesses, brands and HR team members to deliver best-in-class training solutions laddering up to Leonardo Corporate Team and business leadership top priorities and objectives. Balance competing priorities across strategy and assessment plus project management and execution across Leonardo and business initiatives Drive program success for key learner groups across all businesses, included but not limited to, corporate & retail leaders as well as individual contributors BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in related field 7
years of experience Experience with learning and training strategy Experience with L&D, HR or equivalent Experience leading people through influence PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in retail and/or corporate work environment Experience in highly matrixed organization
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
