MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate regular reports on platform adoption for all brands, focusing on specific content areas or groups of leaners Monitor web and app analytics to understand how users are interacting with our tools and contents Understand user and platform data flows and troubleshoot issues with Business Intelligence & IT teams Help define and measure novel KPIs around our e-commerce (sale of learning programs) Conduct analysis on the business impact of learning for our stores and clients Manage ad hoc, time sensitive requests for analysis around specific initiatives Understand all aspects of Jira System (Opening Tickets / Assignments / Profiles / etc.) Collaborates with Sr. Training Managers and Deployment Managers for the assignment of lessons Define goals and KPIs for various business training initiatives to align with the priorities of business partners. Analyze sales and key KPI results for digital, classroom and in-store training Perform analytics to recommend how to optimize the training programs Interpret results and draw key business insights from advanced quantitative analysis Partner with global analyst to develop standard processes, templates, and best practices to support the NA Training team Liaise and coordinate with data sources (Local Training dept., TM, IT Digital, etc) gaining collaboration and respect Analysis of complex data and analysis from various sources as well as unstructured data Applying data science and advanced analytics to support brand needs, improve associate experience, and develop new training programs Support preparation of annual training budgets Analyze budget and make recommendations to reforecast as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing Analytics, IT or equivalent 5
years relvant experience Project Management experience Experience with training / digital training and its mechanisms is preferred Experience in specialty retail, eyewear, fashion accessories, or luxury would be an advantage Advanced in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and strong team building skills A creative and agile problem-solver Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members Domestic & International travel up to 25% of time
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
