GENERAL FUNCTION The Sr. Analyst is responsible for analytics, reporting and providing insights to the Talent and HR leadership teams on Talent related programs. This position plays a pivotal role in influencing current and future decisions across internal and external talent programs, by analyzing historical successes or opportunities and advising on future work. The Sr. Analyst will use data to build and drive talent strategies. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes Applicant Tracking System & HRIS to track & maintain a database of relevant metrics that support the development of strategies to remedy opportunities identified by data. Assists in the development of reports, templates, dashboards, and scorecards targeted at tracking employee, candidate and new hire data. Participates in identifying key trends and development of presentations. Work with the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management leadership to establish and maintain KPI's and metrics for the department. Collaborate with and influence Talent Acquisition leadership to analyze internal performance data of Recruiters, Specialist, and Sourcers to compare to the established department KPI's. Provides statistical analyses to provide a predictive focus on internal & external Talent efforts. Work with and influence HR Operations Team and other HR leadership to integrate Talent data and determine relationships and trends. Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail. Have an active voice in promoting change and innovative ideas to drive the department forward. Assists in the development of survey tools to assess employee & candidate experiences and other behavioral data to assess talent focused efforts. Create presentations to showcase statistical results of the department to internal partners. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 3
years' Analytics, Data & Reporting experience in a HR, Talent or Recruitment function Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience, advanced Excel is a must Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate messages in a concise and cohesive manner Prior exposure and presentation experience to executive leadership. Strong consulting skills to provide recommendations and options based on data Demonstrated experience working with data / statistical analysis in a large, multi-unit organization. Strong project management and process improvement skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results with a high focus on accuracy and attention to detail. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience working with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau highly preferred Experience automating workflows in tools such as Alteryx or Power Automate Proficiency with VBA/Macros in Excel Experience building reports in Successfactors ATS
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
